  1. Cookies

We use cookies on our website. Cookies are text files that are placed and stored on a computer system via an Internet browser. Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID, i.e. a unique identifier of the cookie. This consists of a string of characters by which Internet pages and servers can be assigned to the specific Internet browser in which the cookie was stored. The visited Internet pages and servers are thus enabled to distinguish the individual browser of the person concerned from other Internet browsers that contain other cookies. Thus, a specific Internet browser can be recognized and identified via the cookie ID.

For this purpose, we use so-called session cookies, which can be used to recognize that you have visited individual pages of our website. These are automatically deleted after you leave our site.

In addition, we also use temporary cookies to optimize user-friendliness, which are stored on your end device for a certain fixed period of time. If the page is visited again, it is automatically recognized that you have already visited us and which settings and entries you have made, so that you do not have to enter them again.

Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can configure your browser so that no cookies are stored on your computer or a notice always appears before a new cookie is created.

The setting of cookies by our website can be prevented at any time by a corresponding setting of the Internet browser used and thus the setting of cookies can be permanently objected to. Cookies that have already been set can be deleted at any time using an Internet browser or other software programs. This is possible in all common Internet browsers. If the data subject completely deactivates the setting of cookies in the Internet browser used, not all functions of our website may be fully usable.

  1. Collection of general and personal data

Our website collects general data and information with every call of the website by you or an automated system. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file of the server.

The following information may be collected and stored until automated deletion:

(1) browser types and versions used,

(2) the operating system used by the accessing system and the name of the access provider,

(3) the website from which an accessing system arrives at our website (so-called referrer URL),

(4) the sub-websites that are accessed via an accessing system on our website,

(5) the date and time of any access to the Website,

(6) an Internet Protocol (IP) address of the accessing computer,

(7) the Internet service provider of the accessing system and

(8) other similar data and information that serve to avert danger in the event of attacks on our information technology systems.

The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest follows for the purposes stated below.

This information is required to ensure a smooth connection of the website as well as the comfortable use of the website, to optimize the content of our website, to evaluate system security and system stability, to provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for prosecution in the event of a cyber attack.

The data and information collected anonymously will be used statistically and with the aim of increasing the data protection and data security of our enterprise. This is to ensure an optimal level of protection for the personal data we process. The anonymous data of the server log files are stored separately from any personal data provided by a data subject.

  1. YouTube use

For the integration of videos on our website, we use the provider YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, represented by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Normally, when you call up a page with embedded videos, your IP address is already sent to YouTube and cookies are installed on your computer. If we embed YouTube videos, however, this is done using the extended data protection mode, which means that YouTube contacts Google's Double Klick service, but according to Google's privacy policy, personal data is not evaluated.

Thus, just by calling up and visiting our website, YouTube no longer stores any information about you, unless you consent and watch the video. If you click on the video, your IP address is transmitted to YouTube and YouTube learns that you have viewed the video. The data processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO (consent). If you are logged in to YouTube, this information is also assigned to your user account, which you can prevent by logging out of YouTube before viewing the video. The data is transferred to the United States of America.

We have no knowledge of and no influence on the possible collection and use of your data by YouTube.

For more information, see YouTube's privacy policy at www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

With regard to the general handling of cookies and their deactivation, we also refer to our general descriptions in this data protection declaration.

  1. Use of GoogleMaps

We use the service Google Maps, which is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. for the purpose of displaying maps and creating directions on our website.
By using Google Maps, information about your use of this website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

The terms of use can be found on the pages of the provider.

The data processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO (consent). If you are logged in to GoogleMaps, this information will also be assigned to your user account, which you can prevent by logging out before viewing the video. The data is transferred to the United States of America.

We have no knowledge of and no influence on the possible collection and use of your data by Google.

  1. SSL encryption

To protect your transmitted data as best as possible, we use SSL encryption. You can recognize encrypted connections by the prefix "https://" in the page link in the address bar of your browser. Unencrypted pages are marked by "http://".

All data that you transmit to this website - for example when making inquiries or logging in - cannot be read by third parties thanks to SSL encryption.

This also applies to profiling based on these provisions. If your particular situation gives rise to grounds that conflict with this data processing, please contact us using the contact details provided.
