Reinforcing the management board
With effect from February 1, 2021, the supervisory board of Dr. Zwissler Holding AG has appointed Mr. Günter Eizenhöfer to be the second member of the Management Board.
Mr. Eizenhöfer will support the Chairwoman of the Management Board, Dr. Ulrike Neubauer, as a member of the Management Board in strategic development. He will assume responsibility for Sales, Development, and Operations.
Mr. Eizenhöfer brings a wealth of experience from management positions in various industries, including companies in the automotive supply industry. He has held various management positions in Germany and abroad and most recently dealt with strategic issues with a focus on the automotive industry as managing partner of a management consultancy. Thanks to these professional stations and various supervisory board mandates, he has a solid knowledge in the areas of process optimization, as well as new and restructuring.
