In 2025 haben wir\u00a0 weiter Arbeit an zwei Forschungsprojekten begonnen:
1) Zu Komponenten aus Monomaterialien (Automotive) und
2) zu biologisch abbaubaren Abstandsgewirken (Partner im Bundesforschungsprojekt Biocushion<\/i> \u2013 Outdoor, Sport und Schuhoberware).
Auch haben wir mit unserem Kooperationspartner Nabore erste Kaschierungsprojekte in Serie gebracht.<\/p>\n

Obwohl zwissPRINT gegen\u00fcber dem klassischen F\u00e4rben 16 Mio. Liter Wasser und \u00fcber 400t CO2e pro Jahr spart, konnten wir mit dieser nachhaltigen Technologie nicht in signifikante Serie gehen und haben damit auch unsere ambitionierten Wassereinsparungs-Ziele verfehlt.<\/p>\n

Durch alternative Energieerzeugung (PV, E-Mobilit\u00e4t) und firmenweite Umstellung auf Strom aus Wasserkraft (Bayern) konnten wir im Jahr 2025 weitere 4% CO2 gegen\u00fcber dem Vorjahr sparen. Ziel: Niveau bis 2030 trotz steigender Produktion auf max. 750 Tonnen CO2e p.a. halten = -50,4% vs. 2021.
Trotz unserer Umstellung auf Strom aus Wasserkraft (Bayern) haben
wir begonnen, Strom auch strukturell selbst und zudem unabh\u00e4ngig
\u00fcber Photovoltaik-Technik einzusparen. Wir erzeugen 1 Mio. kWh Strom pro Jahr und sind damit zu 38,5% autark.<\/p>\n
