1) Zu Komponenten aus Monomaterialien (Automotive) und
2) zu biologisch abbaubaren Abstandsgewirken (Partner im Bundesforschungsprojekt Biocushion<\/i> \u2013 Outdoor, Sport und Schuhoberware).
Auch haben wir mit unserem Kooperationspartner Nabore erste Kaschierungsprojekte in Serie gebracht.<\/p>\n

In 2024 haben wir erkannt, dass wir unser End-of-Production- Management ernster nehmen m\u00fcssen. Durch alternative Energieerzeugung (PV, E-Mobilit\u00e4t) und firmenweite Umstellung auf Strom aus Wasserkraft (Bayern) konnten wir im Jahr 2024 weitere 10% CO2 gegen\u00fcber dem Vorjahr sparen. Unser Ziel, im Jahr 2025 eine 50%-igen Einsparung gegen\u00fcber 2021 zu verbuchen, haben wir bereits erreicht. Unser neues Ziel wird es sein, unser Niveau bis 2030 trotz steigender Produktion auf max. 750 Tonnen CO2e\u00a0 p.a. halten. Dies wird einer Reduktion von -50,4% vs. 2021 entsprechen.<\/p>\n

Wir haben das Entwicklungsprogramm \u201e7 Wege zur
Effektivit\u00e4t\u201c nach Stephen R. Covey mit einem internen Trainerteam erfolgreich durchgef\u00fchrt.\u00a0 Bis Mai 2024\u00a0 haben 7 Teams mit insgesamt 85 Personen (43%) aus verschiedensten Unternehmensbereichen das freiwillige Programm durchlaufen.
Auch bieten wir interne, systemische Organisationsberatung Teams und Einzelpersonen \u00fcber alle Unternehmensebenen hinweg an. Coachees in 2024: 11 Personen. <\/p>\n
